Enedis (formerly ERDF) is the grid operator for power in France. You may need to call Enedis from abroad if you have purchased a newly built home in France and need to have new electricity service installed. GRDF is the gas distribution operator in France. If you already have a gas account with an energy supplier in your name and need to contact GRDF from abroad, dial +339 69 36 35 34.
