Does SFR France have an English-speaking customer service?
If you are looking to sign up for a new telephone or Internet plan with SFR, call Selectra's English-speaking Customer Assistance, available at +33 9 77 55 72 27, Monday to Friday, from 8am to 9;pm and 9:30 am to 6:30 pm on Saturdays and on Sundays 9 am to 5 pm.
Existing customers will find English-speaking Customer Support with SFR somewhat limited. There appears to be an English (and Arabic) Customer Service Helpline for SFR at 📞1026 when dialed in France (or +33(0)6 1000 1026 from abroad), but according to online forum discussions, customers are often redirected to the regular French Customer Support. SFR thus offers only limited English-speaking help online, aside from a few discussions in its online forum. You may be able to find someone who speaks English in an SFR boutique, though this is not guaranteed.
When to call SFR Helpline?
The opening hours of the SFR Helpline are from Monday to Saturday, from 8am to 9pm.
The best times to call are in the morning between 8 am and 12 pm, or in the afternoon from 2 pm to 6 pm.

SFR operates hundreds of boutiques across France, so you should be able to find a physical location near you. You can find the address for the SFR shop in your area in this online directory (in French).

How to get in touch with SFR Support Online?
Ask for assistance in your online personal space (Espace Client SFR)
If you are comfortable reading French, you may find SFR's online Customer Support a more efficient option than the telephone, as it allows you to avoid lengthy time spent on hold.
Existing customers can request assistance in their online personal space (Espace Client SFR). You will have received your online credentials in the documents accompanying your subscription, though SFR can resend a username/password if you have forgotten them. In your Espace Client you will find the following services:

Contacting SFR through a chat
You can also contact the Live Customer Support which is available Monday through Saturday from 8 am to 8 pm through a chat, which you will be able to access through your SFR account.
What is SFR Email Address?
SFR does not have an email address for customer support. However, you can still complete an online contact form on the SFR website, or send a message via your Espace Client SFR.

What is SFR Postal Address for writing to the customer service?
We recommend calling SFR or submitting a customer service request online for timely responses to your questions and concerns. However, mobile phone cancellations and for official complaints should be sent by post.
Cancelling Your SFR Mobile Phone Plan

To cancel your mobile plan with SFR, you will need to send a letter by recommended post (lettre recommandée avec avis de réception). The cancellation letter (lettre de résiliation) that you send to SFR must contain your full name (prénom, nom de famille), your account number (identifiant abonné), and your account ID (numéro de Ligne de l’abonné). Send your cancellation letter (don't forget to ask for an avis de réception at the post) to the following address:

Cancelling an SFR Internet Plan
You will also need to send a lettre recommandée avec avis de réception to SFR in order to cancel an Internet plan with them. You need to provide at least one month's notice to cancel an Internet plan, and will have to pay a penalty if cancelling before 12 months on the contract. The lettre de résiliation must contain your full name (prénom, nom de famille), your account number (identifiant abonné), and your account ID (numéro de Ligne de l’abonné), along with the date for cancellation. The cancellation letter can be sent to:

Making a Complaint to SFR
Your first course of action when you have a complaint with SFR is to contact their customer service, either online or over the phone (1023). If you are unable to resolve the problem and would like to make a formal, written complaint, send a letter to the relevant customer service postal address:

If you are unable to resolve your complaint through SFR's regular customer service, you can send a letter to SFR's mediation service, called the Service National Consommateur. The letter must be sent by recommended post (lettre recommandée avec avis de réception) in order to be treated.
