SFR customer service in English (SFR Discover only)

SFR offers an English-speaking phone line only for SFR Discover prepaid customers.

- This number is strictly for SFR Discover prepaid SIM cards, not standard mobile or fibre contracts
- The automated menu starts in English
- You must enter the mobile number linked to your prepaid SIM

How to contact SFR Customer Service by email and online?
SFR does not offer a public customer service email address for standard mobile or internet support. If you are an existing customer, the main way to contact SFR online is through your personal account, called the Espace Client.
To get help, log in to your Espace Client using the username and password created when you subscribed. If you have forgotten your login details, you can reset them directly on the SFR login page.
