Cancelling Your SFR Mobile Phone Plan

To cancel your mobile plan with SFR, you will need to send a letter by recommended post (lettre recommandée avec avis de réception). The cancellation letter (lettre de résiliation) that you send to SFR must contain your full name (prénom, nom de famille), your account number (identifiant abonné), and your account ID (numéro de Ligne de l’abonné). Send your cancellation letter (don't forget to ask for an avis de réception at the post) to the following address:

Cancelling an SFR Internet Plan
You will also need to send a lettre recommandée avec avis de réception to SFR in order to cancel an Internet plan with them. You need to provide at least one month's notice to cancel an Internet plan, and will have to pay a penalty if cancelling before 12 months on the contract. The lettre de résiliation must contain your full name (prénom, nom de famille), your account number (identifiant abonné), and your account ID (numéro de Ligne de l’abonné), along with the date for cancellation. The cancellation letter can be sent to:

Making a Complaint to SFR
Your first course of action when you have a complaint with SFR is to contact their customer service, either online or over the phone (1023). If you are unable to resolve the problem and would like to make a formal, written complaint, send a letter to the relevant customer service postal address:

If you are unable to resolve your complaint through SFR's regular customer service, you can send a letter to SFR's mediation service, called the Service National Consommateur. The letter must be sent by recommended post (lettre recommandée avec avis de réception) in order to be treated.
