Available nationwide
All Sosh mobile plans are SIM-only and contract-free, meaning you can change or cancel your mobile plan anytime without penalties. The range covers all needs, from basic, low-data plans for occasional use to generous 5G packages suitable for streaming, gaming, or working remotely. Prices go from €1.99/month to €20.99/month.
One of Sosh's main strengths is its transparency. There are no activation or cancellation fees, and all prices are clearly displayed online. Roaming in the EU and French overseas territories is included by default, and the Voyage plans extend that coverage further — with data usable across 135 destinations worldwide, not just the EU.
Sosh appeals particularly to expats, international students, and anyone looking for an easy, online experience. Everything is done digitally, helping to keep costs low while maintaining Orange's premium network quality.
Sosh frequently launches limited-time promotions on its larger data plans, allowing new customers to access 5G data at reduced rates.
You can use your Sosh plan in the UK just like in France. Since the UK is still part of Sosh's 'Europe' roaming zone, you get calls, texts, and mobile data without extra fees: no surprises when you land. Perfect for expats, travellers or frequent visitors.
The Sosh Voyage 200 Go 5G at €15.99/month is Sosh's flagship roaming plan: 200 GB in France plus 40 GB usable from 135 destinations worldwide. No commitment, no bill shock.

France's top network at the lowest price — with trade-offs on support
Sosh gives you Orange's #1-rated 4G/5G network at prices that genuinely undercut the competition. The no-contract model and transparent pricing make it one of the best-value telecoms in France. The main compromise is digital-only customer service — no English helpline and no physical stores.
What we love
- Runs on Orange's #1-rated 4G/5G network — same quality, lower price.
- No commitment: cancel mobile or internet anytime without penalties.
- Transparent pricing with no hidden fees or surprise increases.
- EU roaming included on all plans; Voyage plans cover 135 destinations worldwide.
Keep in mind
- No English-speaking helpline — 3976 support is French-only.
- No physical stores: 100% online management required.
- Customer service response times can be slow at peak periods.
What customers actually say
Sosh's Trustpilot split is far more balanced than most French operators — but the way it's built deserves a closer look:
Trustpilot star split, August 2026
👍 Praised most
👎 Criticised most
“I'm satisfied — more than an operator just chasing profit, the customer relationship is excellent and straightforward, from the first chat to a genuinely helpful follow-up call.”
Lou-Anne · 17 Aug 2026
“Fibre installed on Tuesday, worked for an hour, then down until Friday — after a missed technician visit on Wednesday — only to learn the wrong port had been provisioned from the start.”
Anonymous · 17 Aug 2026
Read this split with an extra layer of caution. Most reviews on this profile are tagged "Sur invitation" (solicited) — Sosh actively invites customers to review, and most of the positive reviews carry that tag, while several of the more detailed negative accounts are unprompted. A response rate of 57% on negative reviews, the highest of any major French operator here, also suggests active management of the profile. None of this means the positive reviews are fake, but it means the balanced-looking split reflects an actively managed review flow more than the other operators on this page.

How to Cancel a Sosh Subscription?
Cancelling your Sosh mobile plan
You can cancel your Sosh mobile plan in your online personal space on Sosh's website. All mobile plans are no-contract, meaning you can cancel at any time from your online account. The request is processed quickly and the plan usually ends within about 10 days. There are typically no cancellation fees for standard plans that do not include a purchased phone.
If you want to change provider but keep your current number, you can request the RIO (Relevé d'Identité Opérateur) code by calling 3179 (free). Give this code to your new operator, and they will handle the transfer and termination with Sosh. Your service stops and your number is transferred automatically.
Cancelling your Sosh Internet plan
For the Sosh fibre or ADSL internet plans, cancellation can also be done online via your customer area. While the plans are generally contract-free, a fixed cancellation fee of €60 usually applies for closing the line. After cancelling your Internet plan, you must return the modem/box and any rented equipment within 30 days to avoid additional charges.
The new operator generally reimburses these cancellation fees when you switch providers.
